Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 To open an Account and use the ssl888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of our services:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not register as Players.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. ssl888 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and will not knowingly provide services to any individual under this age.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory.
• You must not currently be subject to self-exclusion on ssl888 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee for any third party.

2.2 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are, and will remain, satisfied. ssl888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2.3 ssl888 is accessible to Indonesian players. You acknowledge that the legal framework governing online gambling in Indonesia is complex and evolving. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of ssl888 is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. ssl888 provides this service on the basis that it is operated under an international licence; we make no representation regarding the legality of online betting under Indonesian domestic law as it applies to individual players.

3.1 Each Player may hold only one Account on the ssl888 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.2 During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.3 Following registration, ssl888 will initiate a KYC verification process. You are required to submit the following documents within 30 days of your first withdrawal request or upon request by ssl888:

• A clear, unaltered photograph of your valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) showing your name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of mobile banking account or e-wallet registered under the same name).
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP, if requested by our verification team.

3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify ssl888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.5 ssl888 may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an Account or refuse service to any applicant without being required to disclose a reason for that decision.

4.1 Deposits. ssl888 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time; however, processing times may vary and ssl888 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name and may only use a payment method previously used to deposit into your Account. ssl888 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day. Complex transactions or those requiring additional verification may take up to 3 business days.

4.5 ssl888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to, proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and evidence of the source of funds deposited into the Account.

4.6 All funds deposited into your Account must be used for legitimate gambling purposes. Depositing funds and requesting withdrawals without placing any meaningful bets — commonly known as "money cycling" or "clean money laundering" — is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant finan cial authorities.

5.1 ssl888 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ssl888 promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and progressive jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all — refer to the specific promotion page for the applicable contribution table.
• ssl888 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5.3 ssl888 operates a zero-tolerance policy against bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; placing opposing bets across accounts to lock in a profit from bonus funds; and exploiting promotional errors or technical glitches. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended immediately, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently barred from the Platform.

5.4 Promotional offers may be subject to seasonal or cultural relevance — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day — and are available for limited periods only. ssl888 does not guarantee the availability of any particular promotion beyond its stated validity window.

6.1 All bets placed on the ssl888 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of each bet — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. ssl888 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in circumstances where ssl888 determines at its sole discretion that a manifest error has occurred.

6.2 ssl888 offers betting markets on a wide range of sports including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, the AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures. Coverage of badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and E-sports (MPL Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile) is also available subject to market availability.

6.6 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game, the ssl888 system records shall be the definitive source of truth. Players wishing to dispute a result must submit a written complaint to [email protected] within 72 hours of the relevant event settling.

7.1 ssl888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of player-protection tools accessible directly from your Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; create derivative works; reverse-engineer any software; or use any data mining, scraping, or automated data extraction tools on the Platform.

8.3 Any unauthorised use of ssl888's intellectual property will result in immediate Account suspension and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ssl888 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in such conduct will have their Account immediately suspended and may be permanently banned:

• Opening or operating multiple Accounts simultaneously.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or corrupt betting activity.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the Platform for money laundering.
• Sharing Account access or credentials with any third party.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ssl888 staff or other Players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to ssl888 systems or the accounts of other Players.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion measure, either on your own Account or on behalf of an excluded third party.

9.2 ssl888 employs sophisticated fraud detection and risk management systems that continuously monitor Platform activity. Accounts identified as exhibiting suspicious patterns will be placed under review, during which time deposits and withdrawals may be suspended.

10.1 ssl888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

10.2 Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, any Balance attributable to Bonus Funds, winnings derived from Bonus Funds, or funds involved in prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Legitimate real-money deposits not implicated in any breach will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to the completion of any required verification.

10.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding bets will be settled in the normal course; remaining balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

11.1 The ssl888 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ssl888 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2 ssl888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to access, the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content or information on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures.
• Events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

11.3 In all cases, ssl888's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit ssl888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12.1 ssl888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent ssl888 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm to its systems or reputation.

14.1 ssl888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the ssl888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
